This module allows you to define different price lists for different customers. 

There are two types of Advanced Price Lists:

• Advanced Price Lists for Simple Products: in this case, a price list type is defined for customer category X and the price or price list for each product is set.
• Advanced Wide format Price Lists: in this case, a type of Price List is defined for customer category X and the price for each large format cost item (printing, materials, etc.) is set.
  

By dynamic calculation of estimates, we mean the calculation that the VG7 engine performs to optimize every aspect of the product production.

Based on the parameterization performed at the technical-economic level of each process, the calculator is able to obtain results with different printing technologies (e.g. digital or offset, in the case of small-format printing) in order to determine the most cost-effective and efficient solution for the realization of the job.

The software allows the management of sheet and reel material waste, both in a general and specific manner, per each material. 

It also allows the configuration of the press sheet waste for the small format products, both for the printing phase and for any other subsequent or preceding finishing.

This feature allows the simultaneous calculation of the same quotation for several quantities, showing the result on a single page. It is used in cases where it is necessary to send the customer an offer with several runs.

E-mail notifications are of different types and can be generated either automatically or sent manually.

Thanks to this feature, customers will always be updated on the status of their orders and payments. In particular, they will be able to receive confirmation of Registration to the website integrated with the VG7 ERP, Order Confirmation, Feedback on the control of graphic files, Tracking of the parcel or product ready for pick-up.

This module is used to verify that the graphic files uploaded by users match the printing requirements.

For each document uploaded, the system generates a preview, together with a series of specific warnings about any errors in it. These can be blocking errors, non-binding warnings or suggestions.

Minimum and maximum values can be set for each field that defines a control on the file, such as, for example, the minimum pt value for the font used or the type of colors allowed. 

For example, it could be established that the upload of RGB images is a blocking error, if only four-color images are acceptable.
