MAIN FEATURES

Multi-subject

Allows the simultaneous calculation of the same estimate for multiple subjects, showing the result on a single page. It is also possible to specify different quantities for each subject.

Multi-quantity

Allows the simultaneous calculation of the same estimate for multiple quantities, showing the result on a single page. Useful, for example, in cases where it is necessary to send the customer an offer with multiple runs.

Comparison of estimates

VG7 ERP optimizes every aspect of the product realization. Based on the technical and economic parameters of each machine or process, the estimator provides quotes made with different printing technologies (for example, digital or offset) and determines the most advantageous and efficient solution.

Custom discount/markup

Configure discount or markup percentages on the sale price (total or single calculation component), based on the individual customer, customer category, type of product, single product, machine or finish.

Print file storage

Each order line corresponds to one or more print files. The graphic file can be uploaded manually by the person managing the order or directly by the customer via the site. The customer will be able to upload it already in the shopping cart or from his personal area, and will be able to monitor any graphic control of the file.

Cost and price management

Allows to establish the purchase cost or internal cost and the respective sale price for each machine, material and finish price list. This not only allows you to have total control over costs/revenues, but also to obtain a correct and meaningful final report for each order.

Detailed reports

The system provides detailed reporting on the status of activities within VG7 ERP, with graphs and statistical data on: estimates, orders and turnover, customers and customer categories, cost centers, individual products or types of best-selling products, utilization , turnover and material consumption for each individual machine.

Integration with management systems

VG7 ERP can be integrated with any management software for accounting already in use in the company. The integration provides the sending and receiving of connection tables, master data, orders and transport documents. The possible management of different revenue accounts, payment methods or company names is also envisaged.

Access management with different roles

Allows to manage the accesses to the platform with different roles and credentials: admin (platform administrator), technician (figure who manages, for example, production and warehouse) and operator (can only see the assigned jobs).

Product Portal creation and sharing

The Product Catalog allows us to collect in one place all the products we want to sell, split into categories.

This feature provides access to a type of quotation, called Catalog Quotations, which are easy to create, suitable even for less experienced VG7 ERP users.

These same products can be sent to the Storefront integrated with the VG7 ERP for online sales and shared with other companies using VG7.

Master data management (agent, customer, supplier...)

Thanks to this feature, it is possible to import, create and manage agent, customer and supplier master data.

Manual and automated notifications

E-mail Notifications are of different types and can be generated either automatically or sent out manually.

Thanks to this feature, customers will always be updated on the status of their orders and payments. In particular, they will be able to receive confirmation of Registration to the website integrated with the VG7 ERP, Order Confirmation, Feedback on the graphical file check, Delivery Tracking or product ready for collection.

Shipping costs management

The VG7 ERP allows you to set a price list per country, per region or per postcode based on the actual or volumetric weight of the product.

Each courier has its own price list and shipping costs can be calculated per line or per total order.

Packaging labels creation

This feature allows you to print labels to be affixed to packages to manage the shipment of products or their pick-up at your site.

Setting up of approval flows

This module is dedicated to B2B portals and allows managing specific approval flows involving different profiles (agents, marketing department, sales department, graphics department, etc.), which are involved during the order management steps.

Multi-company

It will be possible to manage several companies with different company names in one place.

Each document (Quote, Order, Delivery Note, etc.) will have a different numbering, heading and logo, depending on the company that it relates to.

Automated delivery date postponement

This feature allows to postpone the delivery date of an Order in the event that

the order has not been paid for
the graphic file has not been uploaded
the order is a web order, i.e. from e-commerce.

Each time the date is postponed, a notification is sent to the customer and the delivery date is updated within the Order automatically.

Integration with external supplier catalog in the printing sector (Flyeralarm, etc.)

This module allows you to import products from the Flyeralarm catalog via API and send the order to Flyeralarm automatically.

It will then be possible to:

import products from Flyeralarm into the VG7 ERP
publish products in the Storefront
send the order directly to the supplier with the customer's graphic file

Integration with external supplier catalog in the promotional field (Promit, Camac, etc.)

This module allows products from external suppliers to be imported into the platform catalog. The import can be done through XML, CSV or web service. Especially useful when you need to import thousands of products from one or more suppliers and constantly update price lists and inventories.

Management and support of the Zammad helpdesk system and integration with VG7 ERP

The integration between VG7 ERP and Zammad allows:

the sending and updating of customer master data from VG7 to Zammad (company name, VAT number and tax code)
the possibility of linking a Zammad ticket to VG7 quotes/orders

Integration with CRM systems (Brevo, Active Campaign, etc.)
